Shaburina opened in October 2019 and is located in Avalon Esterra Park Redmond. Since then, Shaburina was recognized by numerous media platforms and also was selected the best buffet in Washington State.

Shaburina is the only full layout shabu-shabu buffet in the area. Shaburina is loved for their delicious broths and house made sauces.
