Shaburina opened its doors in October 2019 just minutes away from downtown Bellevue, and quickly became a local favorite. Featured by top media and crowned one of Washington’s best buffets, we’re proud to be the area’s first ever full-layout shabu-shabu buffet, serving fresh broths and house-made sauces that keep our guests coming back for more.
